• Provide critical support to plant manufacturing operations through continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and deliver measurable, year-over-year improvements
• Facilitate cross functional Kaizen events, root cause analysis, and focused problem solving
• Assess current processes and standard workflow and identify process improvement opportunities
• Develop and implement data analyses, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize safety, quality, efficiency, and overall site continuous improvement

• Bachelor's Degree (± 16 years) in Engineering, Business, Operations, Science or related
• Minimum 4 years of demonstrated success in applying Continuous Improvement / OpEx tools
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in manufacturing operations, business improvement, quality systems, or other areas related to project management
